EDGE

Edge is a cutting-edge fitness class that combines the principles of functional training with elements of powerlifting and bodybuilding. This dynamic program focuses on building strength and muscle while enhancing overall athletic performance.

Participants will engage in targeted resistance training, with an emphasis on compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, along with bodybuilding techniques for muscle definition. Edge is designed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels, helping you push past boundaries and achieve your strength and physique goals in a motivating and structured environment.

CROSSTRANING

Crosstraining is a dynamic fitness program that combines various training styles to enhance overall strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Participants will engage in a mix of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises, creating a well-rounded workout designed to challenge different muscle groups. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Crosstraining promotes functional fitness and prepares you for any physical challenge.

HYROX

Hyrox is a high-intensity, competitive workout designed for athletes of all fitness levels. This class consists of a unique combination of running and functional movements, such as rowing, sled pushing, and kettlebell swings.

Participants will train in a structured environment that mimics the Hyrox competition format, focusing on improving endurance, strength, and speed. Join us for an exhilarating experience that pushes your limits and helps you achieve your fitness goals.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym offers a flexible training environment where members can work out at their own pace using the gym's facilities and equipment. This is an ideal time for individuals to practice their skills, focus on personal workout routines, or collaborate with others.

Our Open Gym sessions foster a supportive community atmosphere, allowing you to receive guidance from trainers while having the freedom to tailor your workout to your specific needs.

COACHES

AXEL

Coach Axel. Originally from Sweden, Axel has spent the past 18 years living in beautiful Mallorca, where he has cultivated his expertise in functional fitness.

Axel is proud to have competed in the Games twice, showcasing his commitment and dedication to the sport. In 2024, he achieved a significant milestone by winning the Functional Fitness Championship as part of a dedicated team, demonstrating his exceptional skills and teamwork.

He inspires athletes of all levels to challenge themselves and embrace the journey towards improved health and performance.

SYNNE

Synne is a highly qualified trainer with a bachelor degree in Osteopathy and 6 years of experience with coaching group classes and PT sessions. She has also studied sports, which equips her with a deep understanding of body mechanics and the ability to effectively assess and treat musculoskeletal issues.

Synne has her sports background from gymnastics, which she was doing before she started training and competing at high level CrossFit in 2017. Synne has a big interest for training and health, and helping others reaching their fitness goals.

TOGETHER

When we started training together, it became an essential part of our relationship. We have explored various forms of exercise, from strength training and gymnastics to CrossFit and functional training. Sharing these experiences has strengthened our bond and given us invaluable memories.  

Our journey together has taught us a lot about ourselves and each other. Through training, we have not only become physically stronger but also mentally and emotionally. We look forward to continuing to explore new workout styles, set new goals, and create even more memories together.  

We hope that our story inspires others to find their passion for fitness and to support each other on the journey toward health and well-being.
